Big flavour, no fuss

Spice things up with our Beef Madras blend. I's a mix inspired by South Indian flavours, made for Aussie kitchens. With turmeric, cloves, paprika and a few other spices, it’s perfect for slow-cooked beef, lamb or chicken. Just add meat and let the curry do the talking

80g packet (~ 13 Tablespoons). 1-2 Tablespoons should serve 3-4 people. 

Tip. Add more seasoning if adding vegetables in.
